• Information you give us directly. When you sign up for schedule updates, contact us about booking the band, or place an order, we may collect your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. When you email or call us, we keep the information you choose to share in that message.
• Payment information. We do not collect or store credit card or bank account numbers ourselves. Purchases are processed through PayPal, and any payment details you enter are provided directly to PayPal under PayPal's own privacy policy.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools automatically record limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is described further under "Cookies and Analytics" below.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries, booking requests, and messages;
• Process and fulfill your orders for CDs, MP3s, and other items;
• Send schedule updates and other information you have requested;
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it; and
• Comply with applicable law and protect the security of the Site.

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to those described above without your consent.

We do not set our own advertising cookies, and we do not partner with ad-server companies. We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use the Site. We also use Google Custom Search on the Site to power the search box. Searches you run are handled by Google under Google's privacy policy.

Upon request, we will provide you with the contact information we maintain about you, correct any inaccuracies, or delete it, to the extent required by applicable law. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; to exercise any such rights, please contact us using the information above and we will respond as required by law.

Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
